Michigan Antique Festival continues to grow in Davisburg
Country setting the perfect place to discover one-of-a-kind items

Davisburg, Mich. – Out in the country among barns rich with history, the old will become new again at the Michigan Antique Festival. More than 500 vendors will set up indoors and outdoors at the Davisburg Antique Festival, scheduled for May 4-5 on the grounds of Springfield Oaks County Park.

“I love being in Davisburg,” said Michigan Antique Festival Owner Lori Oberlin. “The rustic setting is the perfect place to display antiques and enjoy a day of shopping in a relaxed setting.”

This year’s festival will include the most unique antique dealers ever. Travelling from all over the country, they will pack the barns and grounds full of shabby chic home décor items, refinished antique furniture, vintage jewelry and other great finds.

The Shabby Experience and Industrial will be making return appearances. These special tented arenas, which house juried vintage items by vendors in hand selected by festival organizers, will feature shabby chic items and upcycled treasures.

The Davisburg event will also highlight clever and creative ideas for weddings. Ellis Barn on the grounds of Springfield Oaks County Park hosts many weddings each year and as the demand for rustic country weddings increases, so does the need for unique vintage décor and accessories.

“There is so much to see and do,” said Oberlin. “Even if you don’t consider yourself and antique enthusiast, there is plenty to enjoy. You’ll want to stay all day and maybe even come back the next, too!”
